My experience in learning English through ICT

Ollllaaaa Gurlzz and Boyzz, I am back with the new topic of information but it still related with my previous blog. I hope you can enjoy and give opinion after this.

When I was elementary school, I didn't know some of technologies because I can't operate it well and honestly I didn't have computer. Although my father had a mobile phone, it didn't use well. He can use it for calling and texting someone without get information from it. So, Why I said that I can learn english with ICT from that moment. Oke, we just know ICT is about computer, internet, social media,etc. As we know, dvd player or radio is one of the media too that teacher can use to teach their students. Including me, I learned english for the first time fro m dvd player. None taught me even my father because he can't or my brother. I was seven years old but I interested with english. How can dvd player introduce me with english ? That's simple question, my brother liked western music a lot and he played it in the dvd player every day, so I always listened too and later I love that song and sing the song by looking at the lyric in the video clip. I was so happy soon I learned English with my cousin but she didn't use ICT while teach me. From my experience, dvd player gave a great impact for me in the future about english, ya altough I am not good enough in english but It really helps me for my life ^^

Teaching speaking through ICT

 Hiiiiiiiii bloggerzz, nice to see you again. Meamo es Mega ^^ .Today I will give some tips  how to teach speaking through ICT in the classroom.

        Nowadays, every people use technology, started from economical field till educational field. Technology will give good influence in developing new invention. When we look behind, students were difficult to get information quickly. They just focus on reading books and it needed much time. Teachers sometimes passed the speaking material because the students were lack of confidence and information. But not now, we can see the students are busy with their gadgets and the result the students will not appreciate anymore with the teacher.  From this cases, teacher should be aware of this new era of technology and they should develop their learning material in the classroom, so the students will be happy and will ease them in learning english especially speaking. 

There are several ways to teach speaking in the classroom through ICT.

1. Devide some videos to the students. Before the class begin, the teacher can brainstorm their students by showing them videos. This remedies to help students to think critically and they can convey their opinion. For example ; teacher can give them videos about debate, statement, tutorial, movie, animation, etc. It will increase students motivation to learn speaking through technology.
2.  Ask them to be creative. We can see in youtube, there are many students post their videoes to entertain viewer and also give information to the viewer. This case prove to us that students are more creative than the teachers. So, teachers must exploid this ways to make their students to be more creative, especially in education. 
3. Aware with their interest. Teacher should be focus with their students and know all of each their students' interest. For example ; if their students like playing games the teacher can ask them to make a tutorial video "tips to be good gamer" or "how to win the game",ect. So, the students will think easily because they will get some ideas or information about it without reading something.

Welcome to my lovely blog. In this chance, I would like to share about English.

English is an important language in the world, with English we can communicate to each people in another country. English is an international language that is used in many countries, including Indonesia. English roles in indonesia is known as foreign language that is limited used among the people. This foreign language is important to be taught in schools with the aims to get a knowledge or information about the world.

In this technology era, there are many inovations how to teach students with fun ways. One of the way is using technology in the classroom. In the past day, teachers taught students with GTM or grammar translation method. From that moment, teachers taught them by lecturing without giving them some activity or games, So it will be boring if we apply this method now. 

Recently, technology is used in some sphares of life. Especially in education aspect. We can see a phenomenon now where people are dependable with technology to east their work or project. Besides, the students and even young children understand how ue the technology well rather than adult. So, it is best chance for teachers to use technology in the classroom. Teachers can find new inovation to teach students with fun way, they can use laptop in the classroom or even use social media like blog, twitter, skype, youtube, vlog, facebook, instagram and many more for their project. It can east them to achieve learning experience with fun way and it will improve their abilities and skills.

Bukit Siguntang

Bukit Siguntang


Bukit siguntang is historical place in palembang.It is located around 3 km from benteng kuto besak or in bukit lama.There are many histories that we can know from bukit siguntang.It's a place where the lords are burried.There are archeological relics,such as epigraph,status,and the king tomb also.Bukit siguntang is the highest hill in palembang.It is around 27 m above sea level.


In 1920, Buddha status was found in bukit siguntang but these discovered only in pieces,first it was found buddha statue's head,two months later the archeologist found buddha statue's body but the last, the archeologist didn't find the foot and it was still missing.Today, we can see buddha statue in Sultan Mahmud badarudin museum.


Bukit siguntang has become a kingdom that was conducted by king parameswara. In bukit siguntang,there are 8 king tombs, such as king sigentar alam tomb,commander bagus kuning and putri kembang dadar .


There are many visitors visit bukit siguntang for visiting king tomb and also they learn the history of bukit siguntang .


Bukit siguntang is a nice place,There are many trees and this place is very wide,although it has many mysteries
